- Daunting Task -
This one is for anyone that has ever bought a home or even thought about buying a home. For the past few days I've perused the streets, surveying the housing options in suburbian Boise. So many options, all of which are out of my price range.
Obviously, I don't want a piece of crap, fixer-upper, yet it seems I can afford little more. Somehow, I don't think Shannon would appreciate living next to Bubba and Billy Sue at the trailer park.
For those of you who've been here before - please impart your wisdom. Any advice for us "first timers"? Where do we start?

I hear card board boxes are nice this time of year.
I wouldn't mind knowing some more about houses myself. :)
