- Daily Devos -

Let me just take this opportunity to gross everyone out and brag on my amazing (not to mention, HOT!) wife! She prepared a little note and scripture reading for every day that I'll be gone. These notes have become the hi-light of my day over this past week. What an amazing woman I'm blessed with. Alright, enough about how incredible Shannon is.

On to the update - rain this morning kind pushed everything back. And by the time the weather was decent and the runway dry, it was too late to do much at all. Which means another day learning about the cameras, going over check lists, learning procedures, and memorizing acronyms. Not the most fun, but all definitely very important seeing as how my job will revolve around them.

Anyway, nothing too exciting planned this evening. Perhaps a phone call or two home and probably some reading - my current reading is "Comes a Horseman" by Robert Liparulo. Exciting stuff. Not sure what the weekend holds, but I'll be sure to update as soon as something happens.

If you think about it, pray for clear, blue skies starting Monday.
